Job summary

HNTB in Rocky Hill, CT, is seeking a licensed senior engineer to lead planning, design and delivery on major infrastructure projects. You will supervise discipline work, mentor junior staff and coordinate with clients and partners to meet scope, schedule and budget.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; 6+ years of relevant experience, or
• Master's degree in Engineering; 5+ years of relevant experience, or
• PhD in Engineering; 4+ years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the planning and distribution of discipline-specific work, and adherence to the schedule and budget on projects.
• Assists in marketing responsibilities, including proposal generation.
• Oversees completeness and accuracy of project team's work within the technical discipline; mentors staff.
• Coordinates technical aspects of project with client counterpart and teaming partners at staff level.
