Job summary

Chainlink Labs is seeking a senior People Business Partner to act as the “Chief People Officer” for their teams, guiding end-to-end HR disciplines including performance management, leveling and promotions, and compensation in a fast-moving tech environment.

This role is remote worldwide, with overlap to EST where possible, and requires deep AI awareness and a data-driven yet empathetic approach to people programs and organizational design.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience as a top-tier People Business Partner in a similar PBPer model.
• 2+ years in a fast-paced technology company.
• Experience supporting engineering/ CTO orgs.

Responsibilities

• Refining and guiding the development of People programs (levelling, promotions, performance cycles).
• Driving workforce planning, organizational design, and change management aligned with business needs.
• Collaborate with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and Total Rewards to uplift People Team execution.
