Job summary

Valkyrie Enterprises, Inc. in Huntsville, AL seeks an Engineering Operations Lead to serve as the central operational integrator for Targets Systems Engineering.

You will manage weekly executive rhythms, coordinate ETMS2 taskers, and orchestrate governance across multiple stakeholders and contractors. Requirements include a Master’s degree in engineering or STEM with 12+ years’ experience, DoD system familiarity, and active familiarity with DoD document processes.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or STEM with 12+ years of experience.
• Demonstrated track record managing operational rhythms and executive briefing consolidation.
• Experience tracking review comments using formal DoD systems.
• Familiarity with DoD lifecycle documents (CARD, SEP, PESHE, TEMP).

Responsibilities

• Lead executive engineering battle rhythms and prepare briefings.
• Coordinate ETMS2 taskers and ensure timely closure with government inputs.
• Oversee governance, lifecycle documentation, and baseline configuration.
• Manage data and archival processes across SharePoint and DOD365.
• Coordinate cross-directorate communications among stakeholders and primes.
