Job summary

Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, seeks an experienced Engineering Operations Lead to support the Missile Defense Agency. You will act as the central operational integrator for Targets Systems Engineering, managing executive rhythms, coordinating cross-directorate communications with prime contractors and partners.

Requires a Bachelor's in Engineering with 10+ years of experience, active DoD Secret clearance, and ability to drive governance documents and tasking in ETMS2.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field with 10+ years of experience.
• Advanced degree may be preferred at this level.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; ability to maintain clearance.
• Successful pass of background and drug screening.

Responsibilities

• Manage executive engineering battle rhythm and operational briefings.
• Coordinate agency-level integration updates to leadership.
• Aggregate and format staff calls and governance reviews.
• Lead operational integration for annual CARD, PESHE, and related docs.
• Oversee data management and documentation in SharePoint and DoD systems.
