Job summary

Venturi, LLC, a Chenega Company, seeks an experienced Engineering Operations Lead to serve as the central integrator for Targets Systems Engineering within the Missile Defense Agency. You will manage executive battle rhythms, coordinate across multi-organizations, and drive lifecycle documentation and governance across DTTE and related directorates.

Responsibilities include leading weekly staff, preparing pre-briefs, managing ETMS2 action officer tasks, and ensuring timely delivery of executive

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and 10 years of related professional experience.
• Active DoD Secret clearance required; ability to access SIPRNet.
• Advanced degree may be preferred at this level.
• Experience with DoD/federal programs and lifecycle documentation.

Responsibilities

• Lead executive engineering battle rhythm and operational briefings.
• Manage weekly Targets Systems Engineering staff and integrate inputs.
• Coordinate agency-wide updates to MDA Directorate for Engineering.
• Oversee ETRs, CARD, PESHE and governance documentation.
• Serve as DTTE Action Officer in ETMS2; triage and close taskers.
• Maintain configuration-controlled baselines and SharePoint portals.
