You will coordinate cross-directorate activities, sustain governance baselines, and drive tasking through ETMS2 and DoD processes. The role requires a Master’s degree in engineering or STEM with 12+ years of experience and strong proficiency in Microsoft 365, SharePoint, and DoD document workflows.

Qualifications

• Master's degree in engineering or STEM with 12+ years' experience.
• Track record managing operational battle rhythms, executive briefing consolidation, and technical meeting execution for senior military/civilian leaders.
• Experience tracking and adjudicating review comments using formal systems (e.g., DoD Form 100).
• Familiarity with DoD acquisition lifecycle documentation (CARD, SEP, PESHE, TEMP).
• Strong routing of executive correspondence, Staff Summary Sheets, and official action packages.
• Expert proficiency in Microsoft 365 (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, SharePoint).
• Working knowledge of ETMS2 or similar DoD correspondence management tools.

Responsibilities

• Executive Engineering Battle Rhythm & Operational Briefings: manage weekly staff meetings, prepare inputs, and deliver pre-brief packages to leadership.
• Agency-Level Integration: coordinate and submit executive updates on requirements baselines, schedules, and technical milestones.
• Directorate Staff Calls: aggregate programmatic and technical status briefings for leadership.
• Engineering Technical Reviews: track and report milestone reviews across target portfolios.
• Tasker & Workflow Management: triage, distribute, and close active taskers in ETMS2.
• Classified & Sensitive Tasking: route inputs across SIPRNet/NIPRNet with OPSEC adherence.
• Public Release & Media Requests: facilitate reviews and drafting Staff Summary Sheets.
• Data Management & Lifecycle Governance: maintain baseline archives and program documentation.
