CBRE is seeking an Engineering Ops Manager in Sunnyvale, CA to lead a team responsible for coordinating all mechanical and electrical operations across facilities. You will drive energy management strategies, supervise staff, and work with vendors to optimize control systems.

The role emphasizes collaboration with clients, unions, and cross-functional teams to ensure reliable, efficient operations and adherence to CBRE standards.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred; combination of experience and education may be considered in lieu of degree.
• Experience leading teams and supervising staff in a facility/engineering context.
• Strong client relationship skills and ability to manage stakeholder expectations.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general IT aptitude.

Responsabilités

• Lead and supervise the maintenance team for facility operations.
• Coordinate with vendors, clients and software specialists on control systems.
• Develop and implement effective energy management strategies.
• Oversee daily operation of facility controls and asset management systems.
• Mentor staff, conduct performance evaluations and recruit as needed.
• Ensure documentation of all control systems and compliance with standards.
• Collaborate with unions and non-union teams as required.
