Job summary

Focused Energy seeks a Director of Engineering Operations to build structured, repeatable operating capability across Mechanical, Electrical and Controls. You will own engineering planning, capacity reporting, configuration and release administration, supplier readiness, and end-to-end engineering quality.

You'll lead cross-functional efforts with Systems Engineering, Procurement and PMO to ensure clean handoffs and credible readiness evidence.

Qualifications

• Experience in engineering configuration management, release control and change control in hardware environments.
• Hands-on knowledge of data and release tools like Jama, Autodesk Vault or Inventor, or similar PLM/PDM systems.
• Experience running supplier quality or nonconformance processes with auditable conformity records.

Responsibilities

• Own engineering planning, workload and capacity reporting to reflect true capacity.
• Lead configuration and release administration including Jama, Autodesk Vault, and Inventor management.
• Define and drive planning, configuration, release and quality processes across Mechanical, Electrical and Controls.
