Job summary

EY is seeking an Engineering Administrator to act as the operational backbone for a fast-moving engineering team. This role focuses on removing friction, provisioning licenses, managing tools, and coordinating across procurement, finance, IT, and HR.

You’ll ensure a smooth, compliant day-to-day operation, acting as the central point of contact for administrative needs. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, proactive, and capable of handling multiple workstreams with accuracy,

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
• 3+ years in administrative, operations, procurement, or coordination roles.
• Experience managing renewals, procurement, budgets, or vendor coordination.
• Strong proficiency with Microsoft 365 (Outlook, Excel, Word, SharePoint) or equivalent office tools.
• Ability to track multiple workstreams and deadlines with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Own the software license lifecycle: procuring, renewing, tracking, reallocating, and retiring licenses and SaaS subscriptions.
• Manage vendor and supplier relationships: coordinating quotes, contracts, renewals, and points of contact.
• Handle procurement and purchasing: raising purchase requests, orders, approvals, and invoicing.
• Track and support the team’s operational budget: monitor spend against tooling and licensing budgets.
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding logistics: accounts, hardware, access, provisioning, deprovisioning.
• Maintain hardware and asset inventory: track equipment, repairs, replacements, and records.
• Administer access and account requests across systems and tools.
• Keep team documentation and records organized: trackers, drives, SOPs, and reference materials.
• Support compliance and audit readiness: licensing, procurement, asset records, and reporting.
• Serve as a central coordination point: route requests and resolve operational issues.
