Job summary

GE Vernova is seeking an Onboarding & Training Operations Lead for the Gas Power Engineering organization. You will own the engineer onboarding journey globally and run the training operations engine, working with senior stakeholders and regional teams to scale programs.

Based in Greenville, SC or Schenectady, NY with relocation assistance, you will drive KPI dashboards, governance, and continuous improvement across EEDP, Cultivate, and Technical Learning, shaping productivity and retention.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, operations, or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in engineering, onboarding, program management, learning operations, or training operations.
• Experience owning end-to-end operational processes in a matrixed environment with strong stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end onboarding journey for engineers globally and ensure it is structured, scalable, and high impact.
• Run the operating engine behind technical and professional training delivery across Edison Engineering Development Program, Cultivate, and Technical Learning.
• Manage the master training calendar across programs, regions, and delivery formats; coordinate with facilitators, SMEs, vendors, and partners.
• Build KPI dashboards for onboarding and training performance and translate data into actionable recommendations.
• Provide cross-functional governance across Engineering, HR, Finance, IT, Legal, and regional leadership to drive alignment and execution.
