Job summary

GE Vernova's Gas Power Engineering is seeking an Onboarding & Training Operations Lead to own the engineer onboarding journey and the training operations engine that powers the organization. This highly visible role drives productivity, retention, and scalable talent systems across regions, with exposure to senior stakeholders and enterprise processes.

The required work location is Greenville, SC or Schenectady, NY with relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, operations, or a related field.
• 5+ years in engineering onboarding, program management, learning or training operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end onboarding for engineers globally with a structured 30/60/90-day plan.
• Run the training operations lifecycle: intake, planning, scheduling, coordination, delivery support, and follow-up.
• Maintain master training calendar across programs and regions; coordinate with facilitators and SMEs.
• Drive KPI dashboards, metrics reporting, and continuous improvement for onboarding and training.
