Job summary

Trinity Health Of New England is seeking an Engineering Office Coordinator at Johnson Memorial Medical Center in Stafford. The role coordinates the Preventive Maintenance Program, assists in Engineering budgets, and tracks drawdown schedules, while directing the Engineering Secretary’s workflow.

You will maintain department records, support budgeting processes, and help ensure compliant, efficient operations across the hospital’s engineering functions.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in an engineering/construction office environment.
• Knowledge and experience with the Preventive Maintenance Program required.
• Working knowledge of word processing and databases; familiarity with PM software preferred.

Responsibilities

• Be responsible for all Engineering Office functions.
• Assist in developing engineering operating budgets.
• Maintain employee training records for mandatory topics hospital/department-wide.
• Computerize construction project budgets and monitor drawdown schedules.
• Support the hospital's commitment to quality care and dependable operations.
