We are a member of the nationwide Trinity Health family, bringing compassionate care to our communities. You would be responsible for managing construction projects. The role will work with all hospital leaders and planners in the development of annual capital planning designs and budgets in respective hospitals and medical office buildings. The position will manage all aspects of projects; design, capital budgeting, contracting, negotiating, bidding, construction managers, safety, and coordinating IT and medical equipment planning on projects. Manages projects with complete financial responsibility.
Plans and coordinates master planning initiatives in the markets. Coordinates closely with the Trinity Health approved architects and selects support design partners. Coordinate across the leadership teams to ensure the coordination of their programs into the management plans of the projects. Responsibility for construction safety programs and infection control for patients and the Environment of Care during construction operations. Ensure project reports are delivered in a timely manner to stakeholders. Responsible for the recommendation of construction management platforms.
