Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires minimum 5 years job related work experience and 1 year in a leadership role preferred in excess of degree requirements.
• Requires minimum of 5 years experience in system operations.
• Prefer prior experience supervising or leading a team or projects.

Responsibilities

• Hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of staff.
• Interacts with direct reports and peer groups to gain cooperation.
• Provides supervision to professional contributors and may supervise staff to meet schedules and resolve problems.
• Input to budgeting and financial decisions beyond a limited scope per policy.

Education

Bachelor's Degree: Electrical Engineering or related field (Required)

Master's Degree: Electrical Engineering, Business Administration, or related field (Preferred)
