Candidates must obtain a DoW Secret clearance; requires degrees and years; advanced MS Office; ability to travel 10%; join a team focused on governance, document control and cross-functional coordination.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with 8 years of related experience.
• Or an Associate degree with 10 years of related experience.
• Or a high school diploma with 12 years of related experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Discretion in performing work requirements.
• Excellent written and oral communication for cross-functional teams.
• Attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines; able to work independently and present projects to senior management.
• Ability to travel 10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, analytical, and execution support to manage engineering specifications and standards.
• Maintain traceability among specifications, standards, and related engineering decisions.
• Develop governance artifacts, workflows, and reference materials for intake, review, updates.
• Prepare draft procedures, document-control tools, gap assessments, roadmaps, and briefing materials.
• Avoid making government decisions; provide analysis to support government-led review and adjudication.
