Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking a detail‑oriented Engineering Metrics Management Support professional to back Team Submarine DRPM CHENG. The role involves advisory, execution, and analytics work to improve engineering workflows, commitments, and governance in support of the U.S.

Navy submarine program. You will help transition and realign execution, track metrics, and develop data‑driven reports for senior leadership, collaborating with government leads and stakeholders to ensure alignment with mission

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills (Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel).
• Advanced data analytics skills including Power BI/Power Apps.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, execution, and operational insight support to assist the DRPM organization in transitioning, realigning execution, and establishing the CHENG directorate within the DRPM/PAE Undersea organization.
• Provide personnel transition and organizational change management support, including tracking commitments and creating communication materials.
• Maintain a structured action-tracking process with visibility into progress, risks, trends, and dependencies; deliver metrics reports and data packages.
• Develop, review, and deliver periodic metrics across DRPM/PAE Undersea directorates.
• Assist in developing metric reports, timelines, and data inputs to operationalize the metrics effort.
• Ensure reports are exportable and accessible across organizational reporting structures; recommend action items to mitigate risk.
• Provide direct staff support to DRPM CHENG for development and fielding efforts; prepare briefing materials and governance structures.
• Support integration of correspondence operations, lifecycle management, and Power Platform data analytics.
• Manage daily intake, triage, tasking, tracking, and closeout of CHENG commitments and correspondence; maintain digital tracking tools and executive visualizations.
