Job summary

You will help transition and realign execution within the CHENG directorate, track commitments, and deliver executive-level metrics and data analyses for program reviews. Travel up to 10% is anticipated.

Qualifications

• Requires DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with at least 6 years of relevant experience.
• Associate degree with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• High school diploma with at least 10 years of relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Advanced data analytics with Power Apps (Power BI).
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with minimal supervision.
• Strong written and oral communication skills.
• Willingness to travel ~10%.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, execution, and operational insight support to assist the DRPM organization in transitioning and realigning execution.
• Develop and maintain DRPM metrics, action trackers, and data packages.
• Produce periodic metrics reports and executive visualizations.
• Support governance structures and project roadmaps with senior leadership.
• Coordinate across stakeholder organizations to ensure alignment and visibility into progress and risk.
• Prepare briefing materials and ensure data validity for reports.
