Job summary

Serco Inc. is seeking an Engineering Metrics Management Support professional to support the Navy’s Submarine program. The role emphasizes engineering work products, metrics, and governance, with opportunities to impact DoD projects.

The position requires DoW Secret clearance eligibility and a combination of technical and program-management skills, including MS Office and Power Platform analytics. Travel up to 10% may be involved.

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain DoW Secret security clearance.
• Bachelor’s degree with relevant experience or equivalent.
• Associate degree with relevant experience.
• High school diploma with relevant experience.
• Advanced MS Office skills: Outlook, PowerPoint, Word, Teams, Excel.
• Advanced data analytics: Power Apps, Power BI.

Responsibilities

• Provide advisory, execution, and operational insight support to the DRPM organization, focusing on engineering work products and metrics.
• Manage personnel transition and organizational change, tracking commitments and action items.
• Maintain action trackers and coordinate across stakeholders with progress visibility.
• Develop and deliver periodic DRPM/PAE Undersea metrics reports and data inputs.
• Ensure reports are exportable and accessible across governance boards and senior leadership.
• Provide staff support to facilitate development and fielding of the CHENG effort.
• Prepare briefing materials and governance structures; align with government leads.
• Integrate correspondence operations with lifecycle management and Power Platform analytics.
• Oversee daily intake, triage, tasking, tracking, and closeout of CHENG commitments.
