The program provides real-world manufacturing experience, leadership development, and the chance to work on refrigeration‑focused assignments across shop operations, process engineering, and global supply chain topics.

Starts January 11, 2027 and runs through May 7, 2027. Housing and relocation assistance are available.

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or better in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering (or related degrees) or Supply Chain Management, Operations Management (or related degrees).
• May 2028 or later graduation date.
• Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0).
• Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader.
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
• Use initiative to find and develop process improvements.
• Assist your team with development and execution of project ideas.
• Develop and demonstrate analytical approach to problemsolving.
• Demonstrate the ability to work independently.
• Set regular feedback sessions with your assignment leader.
