GE Appliances, a Haier company, invites exceptional engineering students to join our Spring 2027 co-op program in USA, Lafayette, GA. You will gain real-world manufacturing experience across shop operations, process engineering, and global supply chain management while contributing to multiple committees and leadership development opportunities.

Assignments run January 11, 2027 – May 7, 2027, with housing and relocation assistance available for eligible students; May 2028 or later graduation

Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in an accredited university pursuing a bachelor’s degree or better in Mechanical, Industrial, Electrical Engineering (or related degrees)
• May 2028 or later graduation date
• Cumulative GPA >= 3.0 (out of 4.0)
• Willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain (Manufacturing, Sourcing, Quality, Materials, Lean, Distribution)
• Legal authorization to work in the country/region where the business is hiring is required; no visa sponsorship now or in the future
• Prior Co-op/Intern experience is a plus
• Demonstrated leadership roles on campus or in the community
• Analytical problem solving, strong communications skills, teamwork and related coursework

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing
• Develop process improvements and execute project ideas
• Assist your team with development and execution of projects
• Demonstrate an analytical approach to problem solving
• Work independently and manage time effectively
• Attend regular feedback sessions with the assignment leader
• Travel 0–10% depending on role
• Overtime and weekends may be required depending on role
• Hours vary with day shift between 5:30 AM – 8:00 AM
