• Willing to explore all sides of Supply Chain across multiple disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Set goals and objectives for your co-op rotation with your assignment leader.
• Lead teams across multiple levels of the business through influencing.
• Develop and implement process improvements with initiative.
• Support your team with project ideas and execution.
• Demonstrate analytical approaches to problem solving.
• Be able to work independently and manage time.
• Attend regular feedback sessions with your assignment leader.
• Travel 0%–10% depending on role.
