Job summary

JustMarkets ищет руководителя инженерной команды в США. Ваша задача — вести кросс-функциональную команду до 10 инженеров (бекенд, фронтенд, инфраструктура, мобильные), отвечать за доставку, качество и результаты.

Тесно сотрудничайте с Product иTrading, разрабатывайте процессы планирования, CI/CD, код-ревью и релизы. Требуется 5+ лет ПО, 2+ года на позиции Engineering Manager, опыт в финансовых системах, Ruby и AWS, знание CI/CD и IaC.

Qualifications

• 5+ лет профессионального опыта в разработке ПО.
• 2+ года на позиции Engineering Manager.
• Опыт в финансовых системах/торговле или высоконадежных доменах.
• Сильное владение backend и Ruby.
• Опыт работы в AWS, гибридных/локальных средах.
• Знание CI/CD, IaC и инструментов наблюдаемости.
• Проживание на уровне английского не ниже Upper-Intermediate; украинский приветствуется.

Responsibilities

• Руководить командой инженеров до 10 чел (бекенд, фронтенд, инфраструктура, мобильные).
• Контролировать доставку, качество и технические результаты команд.
• Сотрудничать с Product, Trading и руководством для трансляции бизнес-требований в технику.
• Развивать инженерные процессы: планирование, оценка, CI/CD, ревью кода, тестирование и релизы.
• Определять архитектурные решения для гибридной инфраструктуры.
• Обеспечивать высокую доступность, производительность и наблюдаемость систем.
• Подбирать, onboard, наставлять инженеров; проводить 1:1 и обзоры производительности.
• Сформировать культуру владения, ориентацию на клиента и результативность.

Job description

Задачи:

Lead and manage cross-functional engineering team up to 10 engineers (backend, frontend, infrastructure, mobile) Own delivery, quality, and technical outcomes for your teams Partner closely with Product, Trading, and Senior Engineering leadership to translate business requirements into technical execution Drive and evolve engineering processes: planning, estimation, CI/CD, code reviews, testing, and release management Guide architectural decisions for systems running on hybrid infrastructure Ensure high availability, performance, and observability of production systems Identify and reduce technical debt, while maintaining delivery velocity Hire, onboard, mentor, and grow engineers; conduct 1:1s and performance reviews Foster a culture of ownership, customer first, and result-oriented

Требования:

5+ years of professional software engineering experience 2+ years in an Engineering Manager role Background in financial systems, trading platforms, or other high-reliability domains Strong understanding of backend systems, ideally with hands-on experience in Ruby Experience operating systems on AWS (EC2, networking, security, monitoring) Experience working with on-premise infrastructure and hybrid environments. Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure automation, and deployment strategies Familiarity with observability tools (metrics, logging, alerting) and performance monitoring Advanced Ukrainian and Upper-Intermediate English Experience with low-latency or high-throughput systems Exposure to trading, fintech, or market-data platforms Experience scaling teams and systems Hands-on experience with infrastructure-as-code tools
