• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• Experience hiring and nurturing high-performing teams.
• Fluent English (B2+).

We are looking for an Engineering Manager, Mobile to lead the cross‑functional team responsible for building and evolving the Boss Revolution: Calling App, the mobile application, which includes International Calling, Mobile Top‑up, and Money Transfer services, supports IDT's mission of enabling people to keep in touch and share resources with family and friends worldwide.

• At least 3 years of experience leading cross‑functional, agile development teams, ideally in a product‑driven environment.
• Solid hands‑on experience as a software engineer.
• Hands‑on experience in mobile application development or experience managing mobile development teams is a must.
• Familiarity with continuous integration, automated testing, release management, and performance monitoring.
• Ability to effectively prioritize, plan, and perform under pressure or in uncertain situations.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience in hiring and nurturing high‑performing engineering teams.
• Good command of English, at B2 level or higher.
