Responsabilités

• Ведёте технические и неконфигурационные инициативы для улучшения производительности команд и роста организации.
• Поддерживаете инженеров, помогаете продвигать идеи и обеспечивать движение вперед.
• Управляете церемониями на треке: запуски, синхронизации и ретроспективы, сохраняя автономность команд.
• Сотрудничаете с Product Manager над удобными, надёжными и качественными UX-предложениями.

MEDvidi is an AI-powered mental healthcare platform that combines licensed providers with proprietary AI tools to deliver psychiatric care in the United States. Its technology automates charting, follow-ups, and treatment planning to help providers focus on patient care while improving efficiency and clinical quality.

Drive engineering-wide technical and non-technical initiatives that improve team performance and organizational growth Support proactive engineers and help their ideas surface, gain attention, and move forward Own track-level ceremonies, kick-offs, cross-team syncs, and retrospectives while keeping teams autonomous Partner with Product Managers to deliver intuitive, reliable, and well-built user experiences Build and maintain a culture of ownership, trust, and continuous improvement Set clear individual performance standards and address concerns early and constructively Hire, onboard, mentor, and develop engineers at multiple experience levels

Требования:

At least 3 years of experience managing engineering teams in a product company, not an agency or outsourcing company Experience building or scaling zero-to-one product and engineering initiatives Familiarity with structured onboarding and growth frameworks, including career ladders, development plans, and learning paths Ability to proactively identify problems, drive initiatives end-to-end, and make decisions with incomplete information Ability to prioritize and execute high-impact initiatives and communicate when bandwidth is limited Open and transparent communication; provides full context, owns mistakes, and prioritizes correctness over personal preference Makes high-quality decisions grounded in logic, research, multiple perspectives, and data Ability to work closely with Product Managers to deliver intuitive, performant, and reliable user experiences Advanced English (B2) and fluent Russian Not a fit for candidates who define EM success by delivery timelines and sprint velocity, want to review code, make architectural decisions, or act as the technical authority, need clear task lists from leadership, or primarily have delivery management, project management, or agency backgrounds
