Job summary

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in engineering design, project management, and program management.
• Experience supervising an engineering design group and coordinating cross-functional teams.
• Licensure as a Professional Engineer in Hawaii or ability to obtain license.

Responsibilities

• Direct operations of an engineering department to support design, project, and program management for external customers.
• Develop and execute department work plans and budgets for capital construction programs.
• Create metrics to evaluate progress and ensure compliance with financial/regulatory rules.
• Lead investigations and cross-functional teams; act as technical consultant to divisions.
