We are seeking a highly skilled Engineering Manager to lead and oversee software product development across multiple geographically dispersed teams. This role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and experience managing distributed teams to ensure seamless collaboration, high-quality software delivery, and alignment with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Leadership & Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of software engineers across different geographic locations, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation.
  2. Project Oversight: Oversee the design, development, and deployment of software products, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
  3. Cross-Team Collaboration: Work closely with product managers, designers, and stakeholders to define project requirements and priorities.
  4. Process Optimization: Implement best practices in software development, agile methodologies, and continuous improvement strategies.
  5. Technical Guidance: Provide architectural and technical direction, ensuring scalable and efficient solutions.
  6. Performance Management: Monitor team performance, conduct regular evaluations, and support career growth.
  7. Risk & Issue Management: Identify potential risks and implement mitigation strategies to ensure smooth project execution.
  8. Stakeholder Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment on goals and expectations.
  9. Resource Planning & Hiring: Manage hiring, onboarding, and resource allocation to optimize team productivity.

Required Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor's or master’s degree in computer science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
  2. 5+ years of experience in software engineering, with 2+ years in a leadership role.
  3. Proven experience managing offshore development teams.
  4. Strong knowledge of software development methodologies, cloud platforms, and modern tech stacks.
  5. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  6. Experience with agile development processes.
  7. Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  8. Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Experience with DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud-based architectures.
