Lead and develop a team of software engineers and technical professionals
Partner with leadership to establish development priorities and translate business objectives into actionable plans
Guide projects from early planning through implementation and delivery
Help teams evaluate technical approaches, tradeoffs, and development priorities
Establish practical processes that improve coordination, accountability, and delivery
Identify opportunities to improve existing products and development practices
Coordinate across technical and business functions to keep initiatives aligned
Anticipate organizational and technical challenges and develop plans to address them
Support successful delivery of major initiatives and improvements
Recruit, mentor, and develop engineering talent while strengthening team capabilities
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related technical field
Significant professional software development experience
Previous experience managing and developing engineering teams
Strong understanding of software development, architecture, and technical problem-solving
Experience taking software initiatives from planning through implementation
Ability to work effectively across technical and non-technical functions
Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills
Comfortable making decisions in a growing and evolving organization
