Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• 2-4 years of software development experience, with 2+ years in leadership roles.
• Strong knowledge of the SDLC and Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Experience managing full-stack web/app projects.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
• PMP/PRINCE2 certification is a plus.
