You will drive best practices, manage performance, and recruit top talent while working with product, sales, and stakeholders across agile ceremonies and modernization initiatives.

Qualifications

• Completed Bachelor's Degree or relevant work experience required.
• 3+ years of experience in a similar role.
• 3+ years of experience in software engineering.
• 1+ years of experience in people management preferred.
• Ability to travel 20% and work hybrid hours.

Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor the software development team, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation.
• Define and communicate the technical vision and roadmap, ensuring alignment with goals.
• Design, develop, and implement new software features or modifications.
• Collaborate with product, sales, and stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
• Implement best practices for software development, including testing and deployment.
• Drive process improvements and automation to enhance team efficiency.
