Job summary

The World’s Identity Company is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead the SIW Platform team within the Enterprise Access pillar, owning the secure web experiences for end-user authentication and access. We build the Sign-In Widget, a highly secure, open-source login platform designed for internal and external use.

You will partner with product management and technical leads to set the strategic direction and roadmap, mentor engineers, and drive quality, security, and automation while adopting

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience.
• 10+ years of software development experience, with at least 5 years designing and building enterprise-grade software.
• 2+ years managing engineering teams, balancing new feature development and maintaining existing features.

Responsibilities

• Lead the SIW Platform team within the Enterprise Access pillar.
• Collaborate with product management and technical leads to define strategy and roadmap.
• Ensure quality, security, and operational excellence through testing and automation.
• Drive adoption of new technologies and AI in the software development lifecycle.
• Oversee cross-functional projects with clear communication to stakeholders.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top engineering talent to build a diverse, high-performing team.
