Job summary

The company is seeking a highly impactful Software Engineer to join the Windows engineering team. You will architect, build, and scale the critical Windows software and services at the heart of our security and identity platform.

This is a hands-on, high-visibility role that defines architectural vision and drives technical strategy across multiple teams. You will mentor engineers, set coding standards, and champion secure-by-design practices, automated testing, and modern CI/CD pipelines.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience designing and building Windows features using C++, C#, and the .NET framework.
• Deep knowledge of Windows environments, including performance optimization and security considerations.
• Experience with Win32 API, IPC, Windows services, and secure credential handling.
• Strong CI/CD experience and automated testing in fast-paced Agile environments.
• Excellent communication and ability to influence technical direction.
• Ability to leverage AI coding assistants to accelerate development.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategic business objectives into technical roadmaps with cross-functional partners.
• Lead design and implementation of new features and services from conception to deployment.
• Mentor Staff and Senior engineers, conduct design reviews, and raise engineering standards.
• Enhance code quality through rigorous standards, testing, and modern CI/CD pipelines.
• Create and maintain high-quality technical documentation and promote knowledge sharing.
