Job summary

Outreach is seeking an engineer to join a small team building the core Identity and Access Management platform that powers authentication, authorization, and security across our product surface. We design and operate the services behind login, service to service authentication, account protection, token management, SCIM provisioning, team management, OAuth integrations, and more.

In this role, you’ll work on a team quickly moving towards AI native development and take end to end.

Responsibilities

• Build and operate the Identity and Access Management platform powering authentication, authorization, and security across our product surface.
• Collaborate daily with engineers, Product, and Security to ship secure, scalable capabilities.
• Focus on reliability, correctness, performance, and user trust in identity features.
