• 5+ years as a software engineer before moving into management.
• 3+ years as an engineering manager; you've done this long enough to know what works.
• Experience with continuous delivery and automated testing; ability to ship daily with quality.

Responsibilities

• Build a high-performing team across three pods, hiring, coaching, 1:1s, and promotions.
• Own engineering systems: track throughput, DORA metrics, architecture decisions, and push deployment cadence from weekly to daily.
• Unblock horizontally: translate product requirements into clear technical scope and allocate the right people to the right problems.
