Stellarus is seeking a Manager of Engineering to lead a team delivering complex services, integrations, and cloud-native applications. You will ensure strategy, structure, and execution discipline to deliver secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions.

You should have deep engineering knowledge across modern practices and the ability to guide major decisions while collaborating with Product, Architecture, Security, and leadership. This hybrid role supports continual growth and high performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a related field.
• 7 years of experience in software engineering, full stack development, platform engineering, technical delivery, infrastructure engineering, or related technology disciplines.
• 2 years of prior management or people leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of Agile delivery, backlog management, risk management, and prioritization.

Responsibilities

• Oversee design and delivery of complex services, integrations, and cloud-native applications.
• Guide major decisions, resolve risks, and support modernization efforts.
• Partner with Product, Architecture, Security, Platform, Infrastructure, and leadership to align priorities and drive outcomes.
