• 8+ years of software engineering experience with 3+ years managing engineers, including senior engineers, on infrastructure or ML systems teams.

Responsibilities

• Own the technical direction and delivery of the retrieval stack end to end.
• Lead and grow a team of senior engineers in NYC across time zones.
• Collaborate with PM to translate platform thesis into a roadmap.
• Review designs for embedding backfills and OpenSearch mappings.
