United States Digital Space LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to lead a team of software developers responsible for international product launches and scalable platform initiatives in new regions. You will guide architecture, execution, and maintain high performance and security at scale, while mentoring engineers and partnering with product, compliance, and marketing teams.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software engineering experience, including at least 2 years managing engineering teams.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams to ship complex products from concept to launch.
• Experience designing and operating distributed systems for reliability and scalability.
• Experience delivering complex projects from planning to deployment.
• Ability to communicate clearly with technical and business partners.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop your team of engineers, providing clear goals, feedback, and growth plans.
• Define technical direction and prioritize work with product managers and partner teams to scale international products.
• Ensure backend services and localized products are designed for high availability, performance, and security.
• Manage hiring, onboarding, and performance evaluations for engineers on your team.
• Collaborate with product, design, and other engineering leads to meet business metrics and timelines.
