Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking a seasoned Engineering Manager to lead the engineering scope for large-scale projects. You will drive deliverables using AutoCAD and SOLV tooling, coordinate permitting, and guide interfaces across teams.

Applicants should have 8+ years in EPC/renewable energy, a PE or EIT, and strong NEC/IEEE knowledge. Travel up to 20% to sites may be required; flexible collaboration across departments is essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering and relevant EPC experience.
• FE certification desired; PE preferred for licensure.
• Proven leadership of direct reports and complex schedules.

Responsibilities

• Manage engineering scope for SOLV Energy projects and deliverables.
• Coordinate with permitting teams, consultants, and AHJs.
• Review technical documents, drive risk-based decisions, and ensure QA/QC.
