Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking an Engineering Manager for Protection, Control & Automation (PCA) to lead a team of engineers and specialists in delivering protection, control and automation solutions. Hybrid work is available at HUB/COE locations.

Responsibilities include resource planning, project execution, and P&L management. The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering and 5+ years of engineering and people management experience, with strong leadership and cross-functional

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
• 5+ years of engineering experience.
• 5+ years of people management experience.
• Leadership & Management skills including coaching and mentoring, performance management, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Plan resource needs by understanding backlog evolution and forecasts.
• Deliver high-quality project outputs in a timely manner and manage project lifecycle with stakeholders.
• Lead team meetings, provide coaching, conduct annual performance evaluations and drive salary reviews.
• Co-own the P&L with team leaders and monitor revenue, margins, and WIP.
• Collaborate with other Schneider Electric entities to ensure cross-functional alignment.
