Job summary

Schneider Electric in the United States is seeking an Engineering Manager for Protection, Control & Automation (PCA) in a hybrid role. You will lead a team of engineers and commissioning specialists on protection, control, and automation projects using relays, PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, and networking.

Responsibilities include resource planning, project execution, and liaison with Sales and finance. The role requires a Bachelor’s in electrical engineering, 5+ years engineering and people-management

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in electrical engineering or equivalent.
5+ years of engineering experience.
5+ years of people management experience.
Leadership & management skills including coaching, mentoring, performance management.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage the engineering resource plan to meet backlog and forecasts.
Ensure timely, high-quality project execution and stakeholder collaboration throughout the lifecycle.
Lead and develop the PCA team, conduct performance evaluations, and drive continuous improvement.
