Job summary

Diversified Recruitment Services, LLC is seeking an Engineering Manager to provide leadership for the facility's engineering function, overseeing design, development, manufacturing, testing and continuous improvement of products and processes.

You will work with Sales, Corporate Engineering, Operations and other cross-functional teams to align engineering activities with customer requirements and business objectives, while managing budgets and driving profitability.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate all engineering activities for the facility.
• Partner with Sales, Corporate Engineering, Operations to pursue new opportunities.
• Direct development of new products and processes.
• Drive process improvements to improve productivity, quality, efficiency, cost.
• Forecast operating costs and manage engineering budget requests.
• Maintain safety culture and compliance with policies.
