Qualifications

• Minimum 7-10 years of engineering experience in a manufacturing or product development environment.
• Minimum 3-5 years of leadership or management experience overseeing engineering teams or technical projects.
• Knowledge of ISO quality systems preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the engineering team to strengthen technical capabilities and support business growth.
• Oversee the development of new products from concept through prototype and production launch.
• Coordinate cross-functional product development efforts with production, sales, and supply chain teams.
