Responsibilities

• Manage design, methods, and process engineering to meet customer requirements while driving cost reductions.
• Establish and refine work packages (prints, BoMs, routers, work instructions) for new products.
• Coordinate with Sales, Production, and Quality to ensure efficient designs and processes.
• Develop and maintain project schedules and drive on-time delivery.
