Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related technical discipline is preferred.
• Proven experience leading new product development initiatives.
• Experience managing engineers and developing high-performing teams.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to implement structure and process within growing organizations.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.
• Experience with SolidWorks or similar CAD platforms.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of mechanical and electrical engineers.
• Drive new product development projects from concept through commercialization.
• Establish project timelines, milestones, and accountability measures.
• Improve engineering processes, project execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Sales, Operations, Manufacturing, and Executive Leadership to align priorities.
• Serve as a technical resource and coach for the engineering team.
• Identify opportunities to improve product development speed and effectiveness.
• Manage engineering resources, priorities, and workload planning.
• Foster a culture of accountability, innovation, continuous improvement, and teamwork.
