Lithic is hiring an Engineering Manager to lead the Privacy.com engineering team through its next growth phase. You will manage a nimble team owning the end-to-end product scope, with a hands-on approach and a focus on high-impact work.

You’ll guide multi-month initiatives, ensure reliability in card processing, and collaborate closely with Product and stakeholders while growing the team and maintaining architectural direction.

Qualificações

• Experience leading engineers and growing teams; coaching, feedback, and hiring.
• Strong technical judgment and system design for distributed, high-reliability services.
• Ability to stay hands-on: code, review designs, unblock the team.
• Experience shipping and operating production services with a bias toward reliability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and grow a team of engineers, owning performance, development, and team health.
• Spend ~a third time coding, reviewing designs, and unblocking the team.
• Ensure high reliability and correctness across Privacy.com, including card processing.
• Own multi-month initiatives from planning to launch with architecture direction.
• Partner with Product and stakeholders to clarify requirements and focus on impact.
• Balance long-term platform investment with near-term product value.
• Improve observability, incident response, and reliability practices.
• Help ramp new team members and recruit top engineering talent.
• Participate in and evolve the team’s on-call rotation.
