Privacy.com seeks an experienced product manager to own a core product surface in the Privacy/Lithic ecosystem. You will partner with engineering, design, data, and operations to define roadmaps, run tests, and ship features that move the P&L.

Qualifications

• End‑to‑end ownership of a product area with strategy and delivery.
• Strong judgment under ambiguity and defensible decision making.
• Fluency in unit economics and P&L impact of product bets.
• Ability to translate data into a clear storytelling narrative for diverse audiences.
• Experience with AI-assisted tools to boost team output.
• Ability to ramp quickly in unfamiliar domains and deliver depth.
• Consumer fintech or payments experience is a strong plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and strategy for a core product surface.
• Drive data-driven decisions and define success metrics.
• Lead cross‑functional collaboration with engineering, design, data, risk, and ops.
• Build dashboards and establish measurable outcomes tied to the P&L.
• Mentor other PMs and raise the team's craft.
