Job summary

Constellation Energy seeks a senior engineering leader to manage the engineering function for a nuclear power site. You will oversee station needs, regulatory compliance, and development of engineering personnel to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities include directing engineering programs, participating in planning and budgeting, supporting enterprise initiatives, and ensuring readiness for outages and emergency response. Strong nuclear experience and PE license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science, or PE license, or SRO license with 5 years engineering experience including 1 year at a nuclear power plant.
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard requirements for personnel selection, qualification, and training at nuclear power plants.
• Maintain unescorted access and pass medical examinations as required by position duties.

Responsibilities

• Manage station engineering needs and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and oversee engineering staff performance and development.
• Provide engineering leadership on short- and long-term programs affecting site operations.
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget, and Performance reviews for staff.
• Support NGG-wide programs and standardized engineering processes.
• Perform duties including emergency response and outage support as directed.
