Job summary

Constellation Energy is seeking a senior engineering leader to manage the engineering function for nuclear plant operations. You will oversee station needs, regulatory compliance, and the performance and development of engineering personnel, ensuring high-quality results.

The role focuses on directing short- and long-term programs, participating in business planning and performance reviews, and contributing to NGG-wide initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or nuclear) or related science, or PE license.
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard knowledge or equivalent.
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical/fitness tests as applicable.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and technical staff to meet site and corporate objectives.
• Oversee station engineering needs, regulatory compliance, and safety standards.
• Direct programs affecting operations with short- and long-term impact.
• Participate in planning, budgeting, and performance reviews.
• Provide senior engineering leadership across NGG-wide programs and processes.
• Perform additional duties including outage support as required.
