Constellation Energy is seeking a Senior Engineering Manager in New York to oversee Electrical I&C and Power Systems engineering functions. The role focuses on meeting station needs, regulatory requirements, and delivering high-quality engineering results.

Ideal candidates will have a Bachelor's in Engineering or PE license with nuclear experience, and will participate in NGG-wide programs while supporting outages and emergency response as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science or PE license; 5 years engineering experience including 1 year nuclear power plant experience
• Must meet ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard requirements for personnel selection, qualification and training
• Maintain access requirements/unescorted access and pass medical examination/testing as applicable

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers
• Ensure engineering function aligns with station needs and regulatory requirements
• Develop and guide staff to achieve high-quality engineering results
• Direct engineering programs impacting site operations
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget and Performance reviews
• Contribute to NGG-wide programs and standardized engineering systems
• Support outage activities and emergency responses as needed
