Constellation Energy in Honeoye Falls, NY leads in clean energy and nuclear power generation. We are seeking an Engineering Manager to oversee Electrical I&C and Power Systems engineering functions, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive high-quality technical results across the site.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Engineering (or PE) and experience in nuclear power plants, with strong leadership skills and a track record in program management and safety-critical operations.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 Standard knowledge or equivalent
• Ability to obtain/maintain access as required (unescorted access)

Responsabilidades

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers
• Provide management of the engineering function with respect to station needs and regulatory requirements
• Develop and oversee engineering personnel performance relative to corporate objectives
• Direct and through subordinates, fulfill engineering leadership accountability for short- and long-term programs affecting site operations
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget and performance reviews for staff
• Contribute to NGG-wide programs for standardized engineering systems and processes
• Support outage activities and emergency response as needed
