Job summary

Constellation Energy seeks an Engineering Manager to lead Electrical I&C and Power Systems engineering for a New York site. You will ensure regulatory compliance, drive engineering excellence, and mentor staff to deliver high‑quality results across outages and daily operations.

The role requires a bachelor’s in engineering (or related science) and a PE/SRO license (active or with 5 years experience incl. 1 year in nuclear).

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related science; PE/SRO license eligibility or active license with 5 years of experience including 1 year in nuclear power plants
• ANSI/ANS-3.1-2014 standard training and qualification requirements must be met
• Maintain access requirements and pass medical examination as applicable to site duties

Responsibilities

• Manage Electrical I&C and Power Systems Engineers
• Provide engineering leadership for station needs and regulatory compliance
• Directly and through staff, oversee programs affecting site operations
• Guide performance and development of assigned engineering personnel
• Participate in Business Planning, Budget and Performance reviews
• Serve as senior resource to NGG-wide programs and initiatives
• Support outage activities and emergency response as needed
• Contribute to standardized and enhanced engineering systems and processes

Education

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Chemical, Civil/Structural, Electrical, Industrial, Mechanical, or nuclear) OR related science OR License Professional Engineer OR Active/Inactive SRO License with 5 years of engineering or related experience, which shall include 1 year of nuclear power plant experience
